Inheritance

Shipper must meet all the requirements and documentation for a personal effects shipment (in accordance to the migration status). Additionally, shipper must provide a Declaration of Heirs and Legal Inventory with the inherited items.
Inheritance shipments are subject to Customs duties of 5%.

Required Documents
  • Declaration of Heirs (certified by Public Notary).
  • Legal Inventory whit details of the effects inherited (certified by Public Notary).
