A health certificate must be obtained from the Argentine Quarantine Station (“Lazareto”). The certificate shall be valid for thirty days after the issuing date. A vaccination certificate is also required.
The health certificate must be sealed by the Argentine Consulate of the country where the pet is to be
delivered. These documents must arrive in the country of destination together with the animal.
Required Documents
Document of National Identity (DNI) from pet’s owner.
International Health Certificate.
Rabies vaccination certificate.
Health Certificate which must not exceed 10 days prior to flight-date.
International Standards Microchip of 16 digits Certificate (if required by destination Authorities).
Sworn statement certified by Public Notary (if required).
